Hi guys, while posting some funny thoughts I got an idea. What if some forum mebers start to paint all for the same army let me say each member paints about 3K of points for an army if we get ebough people we can paint a MASSIVE army together 1st we choose the army (Tau and other rare stuff is out) then we divide For example we take Marines then each member can paint about 3 Coys so we will get several chapters(but each part/army is useable on its own) 2nd we choose a colorsheme which is painable for every member 3rd when we are finished we ship it to one guy and take pictures We can open an extra thread for it to watch every step of our growing army which could be the BIGGEST EPIC ARMY ever seen on this planet. Let me know what you think about this idea IMO it would be a great group projekt |

Similar ideas have been thrown around in the past - whether its putting together one formation each and sending it to one person to eBay for charity, or painting 500 points each and meeting at a convention for a mass battle - but we have never actually got around to following it up. I do think that this place needs a race/force as a mascot. I would love to have a forum developed AdMech force specific to the site, with army list, colour scheme, background, battle traits, logo, motto, etc. Something that we could use as an identity on the tabletop that represented these boards and this site. |

It would have to have charcoal grey as the base colour.... maybe the green as a highlight would work..... Now my brain is thinking.... |

it would work well because those who dont want to put together an admech force can just do a titan which can be used in many imperial armies. |

The colorsheme should be paintable for all members joining in(like me) grey/green sounds sweet, though.
