Squires Model and Craft Tools have the most extensive collection of embossed plasticard that I know of, with 90 or so sorts on sale, have a browse through the relevant section of their catalogue - http://www.squirestools.com/12-19a.pdf

I've bought stuff off them 4-5 times before and had a good experience.

Evergreenscalemodels.com ?

They have several sizes, not sure if they have a 4 mm though.

I believe Evergreen has "tile" sheets (deeper grooves) available with 1/6" squares. That's roughly 4mm (4.23mm).

They also have "sidewalk" sheets (shallower grooves) available with 1/8" (3.2mm) and 3/16" (4.7mm) squares.

Both types of sheets are 0.040" thick, roughly 1 mm.

Sort of related. Anyone know if someone out there makes 1cm square sheets?

Like precut squares? How thick? 1mm or so?

I'd probably get one of those papercutters with a razorblade in a guide, and score and snap full-size sheets.

I found a manufacturer if 1cm styrene cubes on amazon. But that's probably not helpful...

Yeah Evergreen makes great products. I extensively use their I-Beams for building rubble.
