Hi,

here's my latest Necron work.

The Abattoir is now almost finished: (EDIT: see a few posts below for more picd of the Abattoir)



And the Pylons only need to be painted.

Lots of work lately, but I've made some progress on the Abattoir.



Seen from an Imperial Guard's point of view  :p


Painting these little symbols is taking me ages, and I've only done one side of the Abattoir !  :/

Outstanding!!!  It does make me want to do an Epic Necron army.  If only those Chaos Androids weren't rarer than gold-dust... :(

Actually, I've seen very convincing Necron Warriors made of Ork boyz. Now those are cheaper than cheap on Ebay !

Or you can always use Dark Realm Miniatures' excellent Andrayada's range as proxies (hardly any picture on the site, though... better have a look at the Mercenary Brush).

Argh, no way, I couldn't paint fast enough to make it worth my while ! ?:D

That said, it's very easy to do. Very. And the various pieces are easy to ind as well. I can provide a step-by-step how-to if you're interested (although you can probably find earlier pictures on this forum if you do a bit of digging).
