Post subject:  Need help with ideas to convert a Titan model...
Hi guys! New Netepic player here, hav e only played 1 game so far but already love it! Need some help and suggestions from you all. I found this miniature in a bitzbag i bought at my LFGS and figured i can convert it into a Titan for a future Mechanicum army. But i would like your opinion on which type of Titan it's best suited to proxy for.
I'm gonna convert it some of course, mainly giving it cannons instead of hands and also changing the head. But if you like you're more then welcome to give me some ideas what do to with the model and which parts to use.

If it's not suitable at all for Imperial Titans i can also think about using it as an Eldar Titan. So please give me your opininons on that idea too...

It'd make a great slaaneshi Warlord. Cloven feet and everything.

Maybe even a reaver, but it looks too bulky and armoured for that.

Thanks for the input! Slaneesh is my second favourite chaos god after Nurgle so maybe that could be something to aim for...

Hi! IMHO is better to convert this in a warlord titan, human race, maybe adeptus titatinus with a lot of heavy weapons, I really like the legs and foots :D but the torso and shoulders need a lot of work because it seems really tau to me ( but tau don't use titans ) Maybe if you can convert to a nurgle titan and cover the torso will works too.

But if we see the bits that will be added to the model may help us to give you more ideas :)

If you are wanting to make it look more like an Imperial Titan I'd probably start by removing the arms at the elbow and replacing them with suitable weapons, look/ask in the trades section you'll probably be able to find some of the old plastics weapons at least. 'Weapon arms' is definitely imperial whereas 'arms holding weapons' is more modern eldar.

I think it'd make a fine Warlord if you mounted more weapons in the shoulder slots where the heraldry is currently too. As for sizing, as long as it suitably dwarfs any other war engines you're using I'm sure it'll be fine.
