Which necron list are you building for?

I will build the list based on the EpicUK version.

A mighty C'Tan, loads of warriors, many Monoliths (plural?) and some Pylons for good measure. :D

Thanks guys!
It's always great stepping out of the planning stage and sit down to build stuff up. :)

The bases a custom made from Fenris Games, here in the UK. (http://fenrisgames.com)
They are 40x15mm to allow the minis a bit more room to breath and are a variant of his two-part mdf range.

Since i ordered mine 1 year ago he did ad this particular size to his regular range :)
http://fenrisgames.com/shop#!/Epic-6mm- ... ort=normal

Meanwhile the army is growing and i enforced some order into the ranks of angry robots.

Recon i need two more nights to build and base things.
Sanding will be a mix of fine sand and small cork ships to create a rough & hazardous feeling surface.
Destroyers and Obelisks are next :)

A good compromise between normal bases and Warmaster size bases, I approve.

I'm using the 28mm Thingaz bases but have considered larger rectangle ones like this as well.

Thanks, Primarch.

Managed to base and sand wave 1 last night, totalling up to 3000points.
Will take picture before it goes out to the painter.

On a different note, the event poster i commissioned for our London Club Derby is finalised and live.
If you are from the London area, pop into Dark Sphere on the 17th of May! We do have a demo/pick-up table available as well, manned by Robert and his amazing Death Guard army. :)

Yeah, can't wait to get the last basing bits delivered so i can start building the mighty Cthulhu! >:D

I like those particular Pylon proxies better then the oversized metal ones.
Don't mind the lesser detail in comparison, keeping the price in mind as well.

Did finish building the 1st wave including:

- 1 Supreme Commander
- 17 Necron Warriors
- 3 Parhias
- 9 Immortals
- 6 Flayed Ones
- 8 Destroyers (incl. 2 Heavies)
- 2 Tomb Spyders
- 6 Obelisks
- 3 Monolith
- 3 Pylons

Left do to for the 2nd wave:

- 1 C'Tan/Cthulhu
- 6 Monolith
- 1 Tomb Complex
- 2 TaH Objectives

And someday in the future there'll be a 3rd wave of:

- 1 Warbarge
- 1 Aeonic Orb
- 1 Abattoir*

*if i feel rich enough to get this sweet, sweet model https://www.shapeways.com/product/667UG ... d=43504341
