Thanks for the comments guys much appreciated. Most of these models were done several years ago, with as you can see much still to do to finish them off. All the bases have temporary finishes as i had not settled on a base finish at the time, still experimenting.
I will aventually get around to re-visiting them at some stage.

The skirts on the chimeras were done to cover up very poor casting quality on the sides of these models.
Many of the epic guard models i got at one time had lost detail on the hull sides due to damaged/old molds, although the upper parts of the models was ok, so plastic card side skirts seemed the way to hide this. Several Russ tanks had the same problem.
