Hello everyone!!

First post here, but have been browsing through the post for some time now. I have been given an epic 40k box a while ago and was immediately sold to the stuff once over, ever since it got me into wargaming 16 Years ago, but stopped interesting me as i was too young to see the great rules in that system.

I've been painting and making terrain since and would like to show it to you. I am making an army of marauder space marines (white scar succesors) and one of orcs. I also obtained a heap of tyranids through a trade with a fellow gamer, but haven't painted them up yet.

Yeah i like succesor chapters more than the original ones. Everybody takes ultras, white scars , blood angels and imperial fists.
Better to take something more original ;)

Just painted up some basilisks i got in a trade. pretty sweet models.
I like those older sculpts more than the new ones, much more character.

Lot more variation on E40k era models. these have come out great. Nice work.

Thanks!!

I've been a wargamer since '96, and had the joy of seeing al the older epic stuff come out.
I frequently returned to the minis but was sad to see the new ones, let alone their prices.
I mean 17.5€ for 5 bike stands. That's nuts.
Luckily i just bought £590 of old epic ork stuff for £120 pounds on fleabay. Should arrive soon :p.

I was also extremely fortunate to get a bunch of tyranids that i traded for some 28 mm 40k stuff.
Sad they don't sell them anymore, i have no carnifexes and would like them very much. I got a bio titan though :p
And lots more too ...

I agree those Epic 40k Basilisks are sweeter than the current ones
