hI ALL,
AND WELCOME TO MK. 2 OF THE NOTABLOG. Now why am I using caps? Anyway - A good way of starting this - I received a smashing trade package from Freshmetal today, and I was extremely pleased with some of the goodies:
enough jetbikes and Vipers for a Wind Rider flight
a few WraithLords
a small horde of Juggernauts
a herd of Minotaur
Orky oddbitz guns
extra FW Ork cannon
Chaos squats (Chaos SM stand-ins - the chapter which got sat on by a Great Unclean One...
)A handful of Chaos androids (my very first ones!)
An old Ork Dreadnought (my very first one too!) and a Shokk attack gun (another new for me)
A pair of old SM era Predators (the most incredible first for me - never had a Preddie in epic yet!)
A couple of 'flying clog' Wave serpents (for some reason, the models I used to hate in the SM era are the ones I seem to value most - think box Vindicators and Thunderbricks too)
Must be because I'm painting the Orks for the Tale, but I'm really pleased with the Orky odds and ends.
ANd those FW cannon ARE nice.Cheers all.
