How long does it usually take for TMG to ship orders? I placed an order on June 17, and haven't received the order or confirmation of shipment. Just wondering, thanks for the help.

In my experience they have been reasonably quick, receiving orders out to the Colonies in around 2 weeks. I don't believe I received shipping notification; I was contemplating chasing up the order because I hadn't heard anything, and then I had the order the next day. The main man behind TMG has just had a new young one enter his family, so I wouldn't be surprised if he's been a bit busy. Have you tried emailing him?

Yeah there's been some delays, basically E&C went down rather sick, then he was making things for the kickstarter that reached more stretch goals than expected, then he had his first child born so he's been run ragged.

We're running on about a 1 week delay on shipping times at the moment on average. We don't normally send a "shipped" email, we just send 'em.
