Hi Guys,

where is there a catalogue of the Nid minis that were released?

Epiccollector has one that is far from complete and the Stuff of Legends one doesnt have the E40k rleases...

I'm trying to catalogue my Nid army, which I would have though was a small job (that is, in relation to its size), but "4 x small gun beasties" doesnt really cut it!

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Cheers!
Tas  :)

Nowhere that I can think of. I'm afraid you'll have to wait until I get my lazy bottom up and work all the way through the hardware books up to the Tyranids which, unfortunately, are scheduled to be the last.

As far as I know, though, most of the E40K tyranids are the same as the SM2 ones. They changed the hive tyrant (from "big" to "small")... I can't remember if the Harridan was different, too. Infantry is most certainly the same (except it was sold at 5X the price, of course :p).

Ive got the nid infantry sorted out, its the different bio-vehicle that have me stumped.

The exocrines and Trygons I know, but I have 2 other similar types which I cant identify, plus the "4 x small gun beasties"  of course :)

Cheers!

Hi!

The small "gun beasties" are Biovores.

The otehr two types should be the Haruspex (it has the two pincer like claws and mandilbes in front) and the Malefactor with has the two "coiled tentacles".

I think "P" is correct ... but pics would clear it up.  The SM2 Biovores were different from the E40K.  As was the SM2 Carnifex, it was the size of a Knight, while the E40K was as big as a Dread ...

Hi Tas,

I can identify anything in the 'Nid range and have most of it listed in the E-A 'Nid playtest lists in the back, but no photos...

I can also throw in some extra 'Nids from my collection if you let me know what you want. Your package is growing...

Shalom,
Maksim-Smelchak.

Hi Daniel,

Dafrca: Talking about packages, I never received the package you said you sent to me.

That's because you wanted Monster Island too and I've been trying to get a copy for you.

Unfortunately, I'm having cruddy luck contacting Firefly games.

Shalom,
Maksim-Smelchak.

Hi Guys,

I finally got ahold of Firefly Games today.

http://www.firefly-games.com/

Hi Maksim,
Sorry I haven't gotten back to you more quickly - I've had a very hectic couple of weeks, and what time I've had to spare I've been spending on getting Battlegrounds: New  York City ready for release.

I'd be happy to sell you a couple of copies of Monster Island. Firefly Games is based out of my home, and I also work full-time, so we'll need to set up an appointment. I apologize for the problems but I'm not sure why your friends are having trouble with the store - we have received emails from a couple of people about it, which may have been your friends, and we checked everything out but couldn't come up with
anything. And we've had several sales of various products to other people since then.

Please send me an email or give me a call at ***-**** and we'll set up an appointment for you to pick up the games. I'll be available from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday, or just about any time that works for you Saturday or Sunday.

Thanks!

I called Patrick, the owner of Firefly Games, on the phone and am going by his office in about two hours to pick up a copy of the Monster Island "2 for 1" deal for Dafrca and VanVlak.

Shalom,
Maksim-Smelchak.

[dafrca laughs as he thinks about monsters battling his troops]

[dafrca's collected troops start to prep for battle of a new kind.]

Thanks!
