Post subject:  Squat Diary (or how to paint slowly)

With all the fine diaries around I decided to start my own. Since I am ever so slowly building a Squat army I kind of hope that this would force me to do some painting at more or less accelerated pace.

I've created a new folder into my briefcase for the Squats.

The pics there are actually cheating as I had completed them already before I started this diary.  }:)  I moved the Overlord and Colossus there and added a pic of my first Grand Battery. The pics are still quite large at little over 100kB. I tried to resize them but for some reason they were not saved at the new size.  :{

Oh, and to give them a little individual touch I have decided to name all large war machines in my army. The Colossus is called "Greenskin Slayer" and the Overlord is "Lord Gotrek".

I'll be adding a Warrior Brotherhood (Brotherhood of the Forest) and a Guild biker force after I've flocked the bases. After seeing what people around here can do I don't dare to show bare plastic any more. After that I'll start a new warrior brotherhood.

Oh, and if anyone can suggest a good name for a bunch of crazed engineers on bikes I'll be grateful. And no, Bandidos, Cannonballs and Hell's Angels are not accepted.

EDIT: Whenever I make an update I put the pic(s) to the "Latest" folder in my briefcase and remove the older pics so that, as the name suggests, only the latest pics are in there. The older pics get moved here.

Great. Another diary. I like these, it takes the attention off the fact that I have not done mine in a long time...

I have moved this to the 6mm board.

Hehe. Most of the engineering students I know of are more likely to be bikers... even Ork bikers. :laugh:
