About once a year I get to cross off an item off the large gaming project Excel spreadsheet. Well it must be that time of year again. After completing the last, http://www.tacticalwargames.net/taccmd/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=21912, model of any army, I feel they should have a family photo together.
I don’t follow all the GW Space marine fluff or TOE so you will note an absence of some unit types. In Summary below you will find:
HQ Section:
Command Squad, with Rhino
Librarian, with Rhino
Techprest, with Rhino
Chaplain, Leads Assault Marines
Troops:
x4 Tactical Platoons, each with x3 Tactical Squads and x1 Heavy Weapon Squad, with Rhinos
x1 Scout Platoon, x4 scout squads with Razobacks
(not your normal SM Scouts more like Chaos Space Marine Veterans)
Elite:
x1 Deathwing Terminator Platoon, x4 Terminator squads, with Land raiders
x4 Dreadnoughts
Fast Attack:
x1 Bike Platoon, with x4 Bike Squads
x1 Assault Platoon, with x4 Assault Squads, deployed from Thunderhawk
Heavy Support:
x1 Predator Platoon
x1 Whirlwind Platoon
x1 Hunter Platoon
So without further ado here is my Space Marine Dark angels (Yes, I like green) for Epic Armageddon (roughly).
And it all started like this in 2006 (Yes I’m slow)
So as my wife reminds me it is time to pull some other lproject from the mountainous pile of lead, but it does feel pretty good for now.
