Post subject:  Constructing a Hellbore

OK, one of my eBay wins showed up today - an unbuilt Hellbore. However, there were no instructions on how to put it together, which could be problematic. The main area I can't seem to work out is the hydraulic lifting assembly which the Hellbore sits on top of, as I can't seem to get it to sit right.

Help, please?

I'm just speaking from the experience I've had with Moles but unless the Hellbore is placed in a lifted position there's realy no need to use the piston bit. There's no room for it in level position.
Not sure if that's any help but just my two cents anyway :;):

Cheers! :)

Why don't you have a look at Carl's fantastic Hellbore at his Dropship website and see if that can help you out?

Well, Tas, its a very nicely painted Hellbore and all that, but the views it gives don't really give any clues wrt construction, unfortunately :(

Hi Dysartes,
Nudrgle has struck agaibn and I'm stranded here with a batteryless camera. I'll try to sketch it and send it.

Sorry for the double-post - I'd forgotten that edited posts cannot have pics attached.
Anyway, hope you can decipher it.
Oh God, the writing's terrible - I'll decipher it:
Transport mode: ramp pins in grooves 3 (front of transporter); jack pins - thick end in grooves 1 (rear of transporter) and thinner end pins in grooves 2 (forward of the centre of the transporter longitudinally)
Launch mode: ramp pins in grooves 3 (front of transporter); jack pins - thick end in grooves 1 (rear of transporter) and thinner end pins in grooves on underside of ramp; grooves 2 unused.
Hope this is better.  :oo
