Last year I went through great pains to slice and dice up my Evil Space Elf army in order to have it replicated, ergo allowing others to not have to go through the tedious efforts of converting an entire infantry force.

I sold/traded multiple sets out to people all across the world but have not received much feedback, good or bad. A local player has some and he enjoys them, but one player is just that: one. I have two other players now asking for more sets to be made up, but I can't do so in good conscience without getting some information from the folks that purchased them already. Another player recently posted that he threw his money away on them and I don't want anybody else feeling that way if I can avoid it. If that turns out to be the general consensus, I'll stop making them.

So I don't have to decypher forum code, please do me a favor and PM me if you have purchased these models from me in the past. I need to know how you felt about the purchase. Quality, fragility, price, etc. Please be specific in your critiques.

Thanks- :-\

Material is terrible, very brittle. No, more brittle than what you are thinking. Looks like wafer thin resin to me. I always thought that Eldar Guardian's legs were too fragile and snappable, well this is that times ten. Close to unworkable. It comes wrapped into an unbelievable amount of flash that is impossible to take out for the most part as quite simply the pressure of the craft knife will shatter the minis in more than one place. From my initial package about 20% of the figures came broken to start with and they were carefully packaged! Sometimes I break a figure if I reach to grab it from my case and brush, yes, brush my fingers on it instead of picking it by the base.

I waited 6 months or more for them and was heartbroken when I received them. I've tried to make something out of them, but have been slowly replacing them w/ plastic eldar conversions here and there. Maybe a more dedicated and patient could do something w/ them but I can't. I love the vehicles I've converted to use for the dark eldar, so perhaps I'll still play the army sometimes just to use the vehicles.

Aw; that's a sad story. Perhaps better materials or a different casting procedure would clear up the trouble?

Do we have a furry savior somewhere?

Well I got 2 PMs on top of Carlos' feedback, both mostly positive. The common complaint though is that they are FRAGILE.
@Carlos, I am very sorry for the damage. I tried to warn everybody about the fragility of the pieces but if I didn't convey that enough you have my sincere apologies.

I'll look through what I have left (which isn't much) but quite honestly it won't be any sturdier than what you had purchased. :(
