That has always been my complaint about F/W Epic ... too delicate ... Had to glue 2 of my G/K weapons too ! The Eldar models are an accident waiting to happen !

I've had missing parts before with F/W, they have always made good on it. ?Right know, along with my F/W Epic, I ordered some 40K Dread arms, and they sent 2 lefts, so I'm still waiting on the right. ?I e-mail them every 4 days ... I'm betting I'll have the right arm in a few weeks ... I'm sure they are very busy this time of year !

Quote (penal battalion @ 03 2004 Dec.,12:20) | If it's broken, phone them. They replaced a couple of my Kroot that went the sameway. Cheers. | Really? When 2/3 of the Russes in my order had a broken hull lascannon they did NOT replace them.

If the only problem was the broken pieces, I'd not have bothered them. But they shipped 2 less figures than needed. If they do not reply (and thus far they didn't), I'm going to file a complaint for fraud. Paying and then NOT receiving what I bought is something which doesn't sit too well with me.

My experience with them has always been good, though it is rare for me to hassle them over the odd broken piece, they are VERY delicate afterall, anytime they have been missing pieces (even as simple as a couple of bases!!) the've always come through.
