Yup - thats some damn impressive work. He can even operate the LED's separately!

Looks like he's done the same thing with a Revenant and a BFG Eldar cruiser.

I remember back at Golden Demon 93 a bloke entered a space hulk diorama with LEDs fitted in the terminator armour searchlight positions and in the targeter eye of the sergeant model as well as a few places in the scene, it was mightily impressive....
