As for subject. The catch is to strip without melting the little tiny bits. Oh, BTW: I live in Italy. Do *NOT* tell me about this wonderful product you can find at your local Wal - Mart, because the nearest one is 5000 kms away ![]() |

I've been quite successfull using common household Ethanol. Leave thee miniatures sooaked foor a couple of days and it should release most of the paint from the miniature. Use some kind oof a brush under running water to remove the loose flakes of paint. -It doesn't work very well on enamel paints though. Another methood is to use very hot water. Leave the minis in it for a while; then replace thee hot wather with ice cold water. The rapid change can sometimes cause those flakes of paint to loosen. (This method is NOT scientifically proven: Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.) Cheers! |

I think there is a pinned thread in one of the forum's discussing this. And Magnus, if you decide to go with a product not locally availible, I will personally send you some in Italy! Shalom, Maksim-Smelchak. |
