Post subject: | Ork Gargant advice ? |
Hi to all ! I am thinking of scratch building an ork gargant but I dont have any idea what the dimensions should be !! I was thinking that it should be about the same as an imperial warlord in terms of the base size ?? Am I in the right ball park ? Any advice would be apreciated. Many thanks Ant. Oh and if any of you have any pis of ones you have built I would be interested in having a sneeky look !! For mine I was thinking of doing one in the vain of the large terminator macheins from the film clasic "Teminator". But obviously it would but suitably orky !!! |

![]() ![]() ![]() Main body is 32mm H x 30mm W x 37mm D. 43mm across the shoulders. Height to top smokestack is about 53mm; to top of head is around 49mm. Of course it needs more work, but it's on the back burner right now... |

I like it !! Nice p-card work and the dimensions sound good to me. Is there any chance of a view of the back so we can see the hard work you put in on the smokstack detail ? Thanks Ant.. |

Gargants/Great Gargants go on the same 60mm base that you would put a Warlord onto. The Great Gargant is roughly the same height as a Warlord. This one from Braxat2000 is one of my favorites, although it probably falls closer to truescale. |

If your stuck for bits to use try ramshackle games, I've bought a whole bunch of tracks, dozer blades nd engine parts to scratch build some gargants (although still havent got around to it yet! http://shop.ramshacklegames.co.uk/index ... x&cPath=25 |
