Thanks. I used the legio cybernetica when i played the old space marine / titans legion version of epic. However, the two models above i have only recently completed to go with my hoards of robots. I used the old fluff out of white dwarf 104. It remains a great background article. The Legio Cybernetica is a sub branch of the Adeptus Mechanicus which is responsible for the care and construction of all robots throughout the Imperium. At that time robots could be used by all kinds of army and marine forces. In later versions of the game the options dont seem to be there. I am also thinking of using the new large robot releases in the Dystopian Wars range as the pinacle of creation by the Legio Cybernetica. Heresy i know for GW fluff lovers. |

Yes heresy, but there is a particular novel i read recently that had an adeptus mechanicus army using all servators, and would love to see a complete mechanicus formation. Even if the ordos will hunt you down ruthlessly. The novel is, Dark Apostle, by andrew reynolds |

They're ok models, but a wee bit static. I'm still trying to find me 'perfect' robot proxies. |

they are old plastic toys so ok given their source. I dont like to waste anything useable. If you like variable poses have you tried the Ground Zero Games Dirtside walkers DSM-139 to DSM143 ? Perfect size and nicely varied in appearance. |

maddoctor - the 2 poses on the left are DSM139 AT-71 Hound Dog infantry walkers next to a GW conqueror right side is DSM-140 AT-71B Hound Dog support walker (heavy weapons). there is a second pose of DSM140 which has the robot holding a large weapon over one shoulder - just cant find one to photo at the moment. Nice bots worth a look. dogtrooper - i have them spread across my epic / 6mm collection so they are not all together. also they are mostly unpainted and range from human forces style robots to the more alien one released by Monday Knight.
