Today is a day off; and so i thought that after all my recent painting activity i'd treat my multitude troops to a big ol' varnishing session; which got me worried as i realised the sheer amount of Epic stuff i had...so i took some pictures. And then i thought, "crikey! there's even more of it unpainted!", so i laid that out and took some pictures too...
In the end it made me realise that i've actually only got a 'small' amount of stuff to go before it's all painted . The aim of this thread is (if you can be bothered to get ALL that stuff out!) to share with the community how much of an 'Epic Habit' you actually have.
*Weekly 6mm Anonymous Meetings will be arranged hereafter.

Marines

Guard

Orks and Nids

ELdar, Chaos, lone Inquisition t.hawk

Hanging out with other junkies would definitely help me get better :).

Your unpainted pile is impressively small and painted pile is impressively big, this is how things should be.

While my painted collection is fairly large, the unpainted pile is just well..... silly.... really silly probably.

I am not sure if I have a big enough space in my house for the Hordes to amass :(.

Nice pics :)

Why is it when you are young and fresh faced you have loads of time and no money to buy the minis. Then when you grow up you have more money than sense and no time to paint all you buy.... I am looking at a 15-20 year painting backlog at least at present.

As for laying my armies out - I dare not. By my reckoning I have 3-4 Chapters (30-40 companies) worth of Space marines, then there is the multitudes of Squats (big fan), Eldar, Guard, CSM, Tau, Ork..... I need a bigger loft.

Yeah, that aint gonna happen anytime soon. I might do a "How many titans do you have" deal, but whipping out everything scares me...  :sulk:

not to be confused with Single White Male Bent Over. That is for Tax season.

Wow, never heard that one.  I wonder if my current will turn into that?  She is fairly understanding about my nerdy piles of projects, and only complains when they spill out over the floor, off their shelves, and maybe the odd patch of flocking that my cat tracks around the house after deciding it was a good idea to jump in my flocking box and lay down on my terrain as the glue set.

And sorry to hear about your troubles with the tax man.  I must have set my deductions just right last year, because I only owed $30.

And no more hijacking this thread, sorry.
