Hi all.
Having been on the forum for ages and never having posted any of my work I thought after 18 months of painting I had better post something. Many thanks to everyone on here who inspired me to get back into Epic again after a 15 year hiatus. I will apologise now for the quality of some of the pictures - photography is not my strong point! I still play 2nd edition so all formations are geared for that; and if your interested the Battlegroup weighs in at 8,700 points for the 'core' force - as seen here. The plan is to have enough formations for 10,500 points. Luckily I bought many titans from eBay back in the early 2000's so the plan is to build a War Griffons force that will mirror this point for point - but that’s a while off at the moment.

Sam,
Some great armies you have there, like the way the nids have been based on different bases, The photos seem fine and still show that you have put a lot of time and effort in building some really nice forces,

I really really like your IG colorsheme very effective
but all forces look top painted

I also like the fact that you are still using the SM/TL points for Titans
you are the only other guy, who still pay 1500 points per warlord battle group

Thanks guys. Ulric - yes point for point Titan battlegroups probably provide the best bang
For your buck. Epic - yeah I wanted to do something different with the nid bases but now I'm stuck for 40mm and 60mm hex bases I can't fin them anywhere so will probably end up making some for the titans and dominatrix.

Mad - thanks for the heads up seems I won't need to make them after all! Mark - the reaver has been a long time coming. I have a second one that will probably be painted in war griffons colours but that's a while off yet. Whilst we're on the subject the yellow on the reaver looks better in the photographs than real life. I can't seem to get the coverage I want on the larger areas despite having put on around 5 coats of varying thickness; does anyone have any ideas to improve the colour?
