I noticed this pic on Portent.

It's an Emperor's Children Dreadnought but if you look at the upper right corner there's a model which looks like an Ork Battlefortress.
The Grey Knight's pics had a notice that more Marine and Ork veichles would be released by FW in the future. I supppose this is one of these minis.

Portent

Cheers! :)

Hi!

As long as they come up with something other than more IG vehicles, I'll be happy... :;):

You got that right, "P!"

I like that Epic Ork Vehicle! Will have to buy that and any other F/W Epic as they are released! :;):

Hi!

I wonder when FW will do some chaos stuff.

They could really use some more models....

It's an Epic scale version of the FW 40k scale Ork Battlewagon (see here). Very nice! I hope they do an  Epic version of their battlefortress as well!

You say that like that is all they have done.  :p

OK so there is about a 5 to 1 ratio, but it has been fun for us IG Players.  :D

I would not mind seeing some stuff for the Eldar or the Bugs.

What bothers me a bit is, that all the scheduled releases are of models allready being produced by Specialist Games. They are going to do a line of Ork and Space Marine veichles but as far as I can tell that would mean pretty much the same stuff allready available (Well perhaps a few goodies like Damocles rhinos, Land Raider variants etc.)
I sure hope the occational chaos and Eldar mini will be included! Greater Daemons aand Daemon Primarchs would bee soooo cool! :)

Cheers! :)

I just hope they (F/W) don't do versions of all the SM models that S/G just did ?   We already see the S/G vs. F/W Valkyrie conundrum.  I could site more examples, but you get the idea !  F/W needs to do stuff that S/G didn't do !  :;):

I think FW is acting completelely independent of GW and Specialist games.  The same for the other comapanies.

For example GW is about to release a revised Whirlwind.  Why should they when the FW one is pretty good.  It makes no sense to now have 2 versions of the Whirlwind.  It just dilutes the sales of each of the respective models.  It seems a shame they cannot have some synergy between the companies.

It is a benefit to us the modelers because we have different looks or varients to choose from. But still it's just silly.

Barmy's another. And where is all the stuff we really do need, RMAC type stuff, transport (fuel/ammo) trucks (as per 40K) not to mention the fighting vehicles.

SoB and Necrons would no doubt be welcomed by many.
