That's very cool, if perhaps a little too big?

I dunno. The Ork Stompa seems like it'd dwarf this thing.

But then again, scale consistency has never really been one of GW's "things".

Really? Oh, for <expletive> sake!

Couldn't they have just called it a SuperStompa, which is a DC4 War Engine that already exists in the GW universe? What is their major malfunction? Can't they have some consistency in their own <expletive> creation? Arrgh! Rant rant *gnashes teeth* Buggrit millennium hand and shrimp!

Yup, the 40k one is to all intents and purposes a super stompa, with the stompa role being fulfilled by the FW Mega Dread.

QFT Zombo.

The role of the Epic Stompa is now filled by the Mega Dread in 40k (AV class Stompa type thing).

And the role of the Epic Supa Stompa / Epic Mekboy Stompa is now filled by the Stompa / Mekboy Stompa in 40k (DC4 Stompa type War Engine).

It was more of a name change, than a total revision.

It's kinda cool, but oil barrel head and exposed hips puts it into ork aesthetic for me. not to mention the hunched stance.

The knight warden always had that stance.

I weary of the space-poop stance. Reminder to self: start sculpting upright Necron legs.

it certainly is a pose with great dynamism. the style is growing on me. but for an ork army.

possibly the camera angle dosen't help.
