I made this probably about ten years ago or more. It's in storage somewhere, so can't tell exactly what I used.
From bottom upwards
- Plastic Dreadnought legs (feet of Termie stands on this)
- Bar holding the plastic sentinel legs.
- Must be a part after this behind the Termie's back.
- Shoulders from 40K backpack
- Arms from plastic Dreadnought and some other lascannon plastic piece
- Shoulder cannons is the plastic sentinel gun
