well, sci-fi riot control is not exactly an unusual image with all the possible dystopias out there. There isn't an Arbites list though. Could field them as Death korps i suppose. |

I think some of the "other lists" in the dev section feature some Adeptus arbites forces. I'm not sure if there is a pure Arbiter one but you may probably find at least some detachment in inquisitorial forces lists. |

I don't have a copy but I'm sure you can dig it up. IIRC, the article also had Necromunda gang lists and a scenario or two with Arbites versus gangs. |
