I'm going to need to buy a lot of Rhinos for my sisters army. While I'd like old school type with the fluer-de-ly embossed on the doors, cherabuim speakers and optional immolator turrets, I know that's unlikely to happen. I'll also be building exorcists, AA variants and repressors too, but I'm resigned to modelling them myself. What is the difference in quality between the FW and the GW rhinos? Any other companies you would recommend for decent proxies? |

If it's any help i started work on a set of relief detail doors, fronts, and side panels for SoB style Mk1 rhinos a while back (then got distracted). No speakers or turrets etc but fleur-de-lis doors, side and front armour with angles on etc. Can try and find them out if you're interested, you know how to press mould? |

I'm not a big fan of the embossed doors or hatches. I prefer decals/transfers ... But in some cases it works ... |

Legion 4 Where do you get your transfers from are they purchased or printed somehow, they make a massive difference on the final outcome of a minature, my free hand is ok, but re plecating the same shape on numerous shoulder pads seems impossible ![]() Regards epic |

for transfers, i was going to use the tiny ones from my 40K sisters (fluff wise, they're meant to be facial tattoos i think) PM recieved, thanks Zombo Apoc - the Mk2 is the modern rhino with rotation symmetry, while the Mk1 is the old one with reflective symmetry right? |

I get my Decals/Transfers from a number of sources ... Beside old & new G/W and leftovers from my old WWII/Modern AFV models ... Try - Badd Idea Games - http://badideagames.com/HS.html ... and I-94 - http://i-94enterprises.com/decal_selection.htm |
