Are there any source material for this? It's a DC2 WE, so looks to be similar to a Landa / Thunderhawk, but it definitely isn't the later. It has a glavian pilot for a start. Anything I should look at before delving in with a super-sized valkyrie? |

It's mentioned in one of the black library books I believe. |

Yup - big enough for a crew of 5 to live in reasonable -albiet cramped- conditions. DC2 seems about right. Great books, by the way. Great first 40K book IMO, although the quality will spoil you. |

Dan Abnett books are pretty good mostly IMHO, specially the Inquisition books (Eisenhorn & Ravenor) and Titanicus. Titanicus is guaranteed to left you longing for an updated Adeptus Titanicus game though ![]() Double eagle is a nice read when you're picking up Aeronautica Imperialis too. |

Too much story with characters I find that I cannot relate to. Abnett does not find that 'spark' that makes me really care about the characters. |

Try Ciaphas Cain. He's one of the few 40K characters not to take himself seriously. And it's awesome. |

Are you joking? I love to read them. Both Inquisitor series were great and wish they kept going. Also the Ghosts are great! Simulated Knave wrote: Try Ciaphas Cain. I am at pg.368 and desperately hoping that I start reading more action soon. Otherwise I am going to go back to my 'Dagon and Other Macabre Tales'. |
