Anyone done any Terminator lightning claws that could give me some advice?

Here's my attempt with plastic card. It's basically 4 little strips cut to length and then I trimmed each so that the bottom half is flat/straight and the top was angled/curved to give the curving blade shape.

Here's my attempt with milliput. It has the luxury of the banner behind it to use as a base for the claw. I basically laid the putty flat, cut the blades into the putty then levered the blades up at the end away from the banner for the curve.

Hope this helps anyway. ;)

If doing them over Chaos Terminators - they have the power glove up the front, I am going to try thin wire for the claws topped with greenstuff - not sure whether it will work however.

There is plasticard, however I am not convinced in it's use for this - Dobbsy did a good job however on his which is making me rethink it's use.

Failing the above, I will start looking in the bits box for stuff to cut up and use for claws.

Hope these ideas help

Cheers...

thanks for the info, I was trying to decide whether to use plastic card too. Still a bit undecided yet. This is for the normal none chaso Terminator I am using.
