Hobby Die cutters for 6mm decals?

I was wondering if anyone had tried or was using something like this

to cut decals, vinyl or even thin plasticard (under 0.20 inches/ 0.5mm)

Do they cut fine enough to do 6mm decals for shoulders, banners and vehicles?
