We had 30.000 points on the table, (half of it painted). ![]() http://www.powerfist.dk/forum/index.php?topic=40864.0 All text in the links is in danish, (sorry). And now, Epic has it's own sub-forum on the danish wargamingsite powerfist.dk: http://www.powerfist.dk/forum/index.php?board=400.0 It's a danish forum but I believe, you can anticipate answers to any english questions. And for those who like pictures of painted epic miniatures - this thread is reserved for just that: http://www.powerfist.dk/forum/index.php?topic=41056.0 |

![]() I used Thorbjørns Blastmarker idea and made me a Stormboyz stand. Mostly so I could get on the scoreboard in the new Powerfist.dk Epic Painting Marathon: http://www.powerfist.dk/forum/index.php?topic=41065.0 In the near future it will show many of the newly painted danish epic miniatures. I have renamed the tread to Thyges Tråd. From now on I'll only post in this thread and inform you about the progress of the danish epic community. ------ Old threads: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=18507 viewtopic.php?f=7&t=17945 viewtopic.php?f=7&t=17936 viewtopic.php?f=7&t=17711 viewtopic.php?f=7&t=15535 viewtopic.php?f=7&t=15512 viewtopic.php?f=7&t=10548 viewtopic.php?f=7&t=10542 |

Looks very nice indeed ! It's the first time I see an "ignited jetpack" conversion really convincing. I will probably promptly steal the technique ![]() Thank you ! |

Thanks to all. Hope the work shows the "love" of this tiny hobby. And steal away - the first part of the creative process is always partly theft. I have corrected a link mistake I made concerning the painting competition. There is now seven participants and hopefully more will join: http://www.powerfist.dk/forum/index.php?topic=41065.0 |

My Danish is non-existent, but I'm guessing "Spartelmassen" is applying filler with a spatula? So I therefore assume you use ordinary pre-mixed plaster filler? Looks very good, either way! ![]() |

Post subject: | Re: Thyges Tråd. How-to-guide: Blast Markers |
Spartel = spatula masse = putty So "Spartelmasse" is modelling putty ![]() It helps that Danish is a germanic language so it shares some similarities with German ![]() |

Yes, it's called Carpentry Plaster and has fine grain and a good binding grip. |
