The Chimera with autocannon turret photos from the FW website, what colors do you think were used to paint it? ![]() ![]() The lighter colors looks like a desert yellow, but lighter. Maybe mixed with a khaki or something and washed/shaded with a dirt brown? The darker looks like a very dark brown, or practically a gray? It almost looks like wrought iron to me. It was painted by Kevan Downey, I haven't been able to track him down and ask him yet. ![]() |

I used to love the Howard Hues 'Dust.' Came out roughly that color. |

Sand yellow base with burnt umber stripes as I see it. It looks like the sand yellow was resprayed a bit to blend the colors together a bit & I'd suspect some drybrushing in a lighter color in some sections as well. |

Rule of cool. But back on topic, you could try http://www.reapermini.com/PowerPalette/ for Reaper paint equivalents. Plus it's fun to play with. |
