circular 6mm bases??

Recently I'm positive I saw a link to a company that makes circular bases for epic scale with the holes already built in. Can anyone please point me in their direction?

I'm sure it was DRM, but I can't find them on their website... Maelstrom has them in stock though:

They are pretty pricey seeing you could easily use washers for epic bases of that size.
