Well, yes and no. I heard that the old plastic beatleback Warlords were supposed to be snap-together, but they certainly seem to need glue. What was your takes on this when you guys got some of the plastic Warlords? |

GW went through a very loose definition of 'snap together' for a while. In theory, the beetle-backs could be assembled without glue, but you ran a very high risk of on of the arms falling off mid-way through a game. I always glued mine. |

They need glue. You can sort of wedge the pieces to gether, but they will work loose very quickly. The carapce comes off. The arms fall out. Of course, you can still leave the top weapon slots open to change out the load. I saw a set of three on EBay a while back that had a red/black, black/yellow, yellow/red paint scheme, and weapons painted all three to change out. It looked good. |

Glue! Snap together my big fat fanny. I just recently got some beetlebacks still on the spruce and they don't fit properly. |

same here, also, I noticed that they consider the Space marine Marines were "pushed" into the base, and that was all GW said you needed. I realized that was crazy after 5 seconds.... |

Some of them could be, but not reliably. Personally, I love this malinformation. It makes it much easier when buying second hand stuff which turns out never to have been glued. Especially when GW change the bases. Its almost like it was all planned! ![]() |
