Nik and I have concluded some negotiations, permitting me to produce a thing called a Raubtier (Google it), which is a non-ordered APC that has been converted into a light tank, or something.

Initial plans are for:
Main hull
Turret with two laser beams
Sponsons with large-bore gyrojet projectile weapons

Would someone conversant with non-ordered lists, please tell me if this is the right set of components for a good proxy?

That would prove to be an excellent proxy.

Let loose the Raubtiers ;D

Mainly it will look like this:

On a more serious note - find attached one of the older versions of it - before The mighty Otter will correct missig / wrong parts. Picture does not show the sponsons ..

I'm concerned that the thin strip above the door will not survive casting... as a very thin undercut projection, will it not tear the mould/itself regularly?

Good eye. Yes, that will be addressed.

It was the first iteration of the Raubtier, basically not optimzed for casting etc. Thank Otter he will complete it for sake of the dark gods!

After some ruminating, I have decided to make the top hole compatible with EW and my tank turrets, rather than petite crabe weapons.

If one wishes to mount a petite crabe weapon, the hole cut be puttied and re-drilled to fit.

Will tinker with the side sponsons and see if they can be made petite crabe weapon compatible (autocannon, flamer, missiles).

Also, I should buy some source material to examine for other configurations (e.g. automatic cannon).

By "non-ordered" do you mean sub-factionless, or "the forces that oppose order"?

The forces that oppose order.

Idea self-rejected. The Raubtier sponsons have to be assembled perpendicular to the chassis, and a round hole/peg would allow sloppy assembly. The plug in this case cannot have free rotational symmetry.
