cheers guys.

Big claws are made from three plaguebearer swords stuck side by side (had a load left from the pink/blue horror conversions from a while back). Also just noticed ive duplicated a few in the photos and missed other ones out, there is also a pair of chaos lords and a berzerker with a horses head (rough rider :P). Feel free to take ideas, i had your TOEG thread on screen while i was converting them after all... ;D

If you're a black books fan please make the final objetive a daemonic Bill Bailey with the little book of calm, that clip just jumped to the front of my mind when I read your idea.

Fantastic conversions. That unit will look amazing when you're finished.

Decided to experiment with some milliput/green stuff mixes. I am never mixing 2:3 superfine white:green stuff again. It was sticky, hard to shape and hard to polish... and i mixed loads of it for the two big skulls :-\ have to see how easy it is to carve once dry, hopefully i can clean some bits (the teeth :o ) up that way. In contrast about a 1:5 milliput standard:greenstuff mix was very good.

First 2 objectives, pile of skull and an altar (altar detail lifted from LoB wheel). And yes, i was thinking of the little book of calm as well ;)

WIP khorne possesed cruiser to drop the dreadclaws from, next ill clean up the skull, sculpt the ribs round, pop the articular processes onto the spinal column and finish it off with an asymmetric chaos star on the back.
Image

WIP land raiders, had a lot of the 2:3 mix left from the ship's skull so fudged it onto a land raider :D

Apoc, have you ever tried decorating Christams cakes? You'd be great with icing :)
Nice work, especially the pile o' skulls.

Awesome !

Some people did great things with a brush in hand while I was stuck away from any paint bottle with my family this last week :)

Nice work as usual Apoc. The cruiser reminds me of that old Man'O'War ship (Undead? Dark Elf?)
