So, I've recently acquired a full company (10) of Malcafloors, plus 3 "standard" (armed with 5 Heavy Bolters on the turret and a Demolisher cannon on the hull), so far I've built 6 of these, 3 with Battlecannon on the turret and Heavy Bolter on the Hull and 3 with Twin Lascannon turrets and Demolisher Cannon. What should the final four get?

I would preffer these in combat a bit
But,

these are looking best IMO

What about:
another det. with battlecannons
and as command tank one with twin linked LasC.

Well ... IMO ... a Plt with Las-cannons, a Plt with Battle Cannons and the standard as Command Tanks ...

I've only got 3 standard tanks. And it'd leave me with 3 unused tanks. Also I'd require use of one of the Battlecannon or Lascannon Tanks would need to be a Company HQ.
I've opted for the final Platoon being Battlecannon with Demolisher Cannon on the Hull (a little like small Baneblades).
The Company HQ Tank is what I now need to decide upon.

NB In all, I have 13 Malcafloor Tanks.

That's a good choice ...  :)  A good weapons mix ...

My favoured one is the multi heavy bolter armed Defender variant, the one you misleadingly refer to as 'standard' (actually the battle cannon one is the standard design Malcafloor). They have 3+ FF rather than only 5+ FF for the other tanks and with 3 x AP4+ shots plus a demolisher canon that is a heck of a lot of AP fire e.g. 10 overwatching Defenders scores an on average 21.6 hits on infantry, killing an average of 5.4 Terminators, 7.08 should they get to sustain at them! That's probably overkill though, so I figure it'll be worth it to swap in a few Annihilators one too for some AT firepower, though it will generally look to attack infantry or mixed formations rather than tanks or titans.

I changed my mind loads with my Vraks list which I'm taking to Winter Warmer, which I'm also using 13 Malcafloors in coincidentally, but in the end settled on a company of 7 Defenders plus 3 Annihilators and then another 3 standard battle canon ones attached to my Regimental HQ. Both will garrison on overwatch to get close to the enemy to get their medium range weaponry. With my tank heavy Vraks list the entire army can garrison except the Hydras which will just move up soonish if there's much enemy air. I've not tried them out in battle yet but will before not too long.

Are you using the Vraksian Renegades list for them btw? Or just adding them in to your normal imperial guard list?

I've not thought what list to use them in yet, I just wanted the models because they're great.

The "standard" thing was simply from the FW website, they advertise Malc with Battlecannon, Malc with Lascannons and Malc. So I assumed it was the normal config.

The "Defender" variant does seem to pack a lot of firepower, but I unfortunately only have 3 of these, so will have to make do.
I think the company will include 3 Defenders, 3 Annhilators and 4 Battlecannons (one command). The Other 3 Battlecannons shall operate as a seperate detachment, or if possible an upgrade, I'll need to read the list to find out how it works.

Here's a pic of the unpainted tanks, I've converted the Command tank to have a Vanquisher style elongated Barrel on it's battlecannon, should help for when I'm using them as Leman Russ proxies in a standard guard list:

The Vraks books has the battlecannon one as standard, though I think it might comment there aren't as many of these as the others. I'd suggest having the 3 Defenders as an attachment for an infantry formation and keeping the more AT focussed Anhilators and standard Malcadors for the company, better specialist roles that way.

I'll post up painted photos when done, though these will have to be speed painted rather than done justice as I have 10 Malcafloor hull based tanks to paint in a week.
