Having recieved my wonderful first batch of Otterware I hastily began construction on none other than the IG Superheavies - those that know me won't be surprised.
Also added two more painted Stormhammers, the beginnings of three shadowswords in their emplacements. Yet to paint the Stormswords.
Here's the work so far on these beautiful new additions to my Royal Volpone 50th Armoured Regiment:

PS: The Gorgonzola on the left/rear of most shots has a washed blue base as there will be a couple of millimetres of "water" added soonish.

Love the one bursting through a wall!

I've also had the "metal toy soldier" stork leave the same on my doorstep and I'm a little puzzled how the ramp should connect at the bottom. Any chance of a close up, the two pins at the bottom just don't seem to connect to anything?

Now I just need to see how many troopers I can fit in mine, I smell a comp coming on.

Brilliant modeling. I really thought hard about putting some figs in them and you've convinced me to try some how.

Very, very cool looking army.

Wow those are really excellent! Where did you get the stormhammers from? (Or are they conversions?)

That'll have been me making those. There are a few around out there that select individuals have recieved. I'll do my best to get a decent cast from my mould and see if I can produce some more.

Awesome work.  The added infantry is a really nice touch to the Gorgonzollas!

The Stormhammers look excellent as well.  Hopefully more become available!

Very cool! Looking at these I definitely think I'm going to add infantry to my own Gorgonzolas as well

Excellent! :agree:

What are you going to use for the "water" on that Gorganzola base?  Resin, woodland sceics, etc.
