So, let me say right off the bat that I never figured myself for a "siege" kind of guy, I like Space Marines, Elysians, etc., armies that go ZOOM! day or night.

Having said that, I quite uncharacteristically find myself enamored with E&C's Krieg list and after looking at a bunch of Imperial armor I got in a trade a long way back, decided that this was this opportunity that the figures were waiting for.

So I've started painting what I have in the anticipation of acquiring some "Otterware" in the very near future.

I'm striving for a wintery, Stalingrad-ish, ash wastelandy kind of scheme. The basecoat is Krylon Grey Primer and I work up lighter colors from there.

These will be Thunderer/Leman Russ equivalents should I need them.




I don't know why, but I have always loved the way this tank looked. There's just something very wicked about it that says, "Go ahead, mess with me".
