Hey I want to build up a squat ironhammer and/or ironshield tank
but I`am totally unimaginative

Does there already exist a good proxi model?
Has anyone build up a ironhammer/shield yet?
if yes some pictures would be great

Is there any source art for us squat-ignorant types?

My ironhammers:



- chassis are from Odin tanks (Battletech vehicle from IronWindMetal)
- cannon is a WHB dwarf bitz

My ironshields (still not painted):



- chassis is from Dark Realm Miniatures FireMouth tank
- hull is from a battletech transport vehicle (don't remember the name)
- weapon is created with the unused Odin tank weapon

Eventually, you can use Odin tanks without any modification for IronShields.

I'm using Dark Realm Miniatures Mammoth and Ramjack.

Where are these vehicles from? Are they in any of the lists? Is there any background for them?

Yes look at the squat list
the ironhammer is a better land raider
while the ironshield is a heavy amoured apc

I thought about some landraider conversions
adding some turrets to the epic 40000 land raider

In my last 2 squat games I tried land raider as apc and battle tanks
you get a very expensive brotherhood
but it`s fast and hard hitting

You could just use Ragnoraks and Mk1 Landraiders with the Lascannon removed.
