...but surely the warping powers of chaos can twist their favoured champions up to such heights? As a whole the army will be very converted and the background will probably have them coming from a demon world deep in the eye.
It is a Tzeentchian model and so I could claim that - even though it’s massive - it’s still quite a flimsy creature going to battle with nothing but a cloth robe for protection, so 3+ reinforced could be about right.
I’d actually not picked up on or thought about the fact it was infantry though, lack of AT vulnerability would seem wrong. I’m now unsure whether to abandon the idea or do it anyway, pointing out to the opponent what it is, and to hell with it.
I’ve got some of those familiar ones too L4, though mine got used in a blood bowl dug-out I made for my chaos team over a decade ago. They are definitely more in scale for being the normal W40k ones, but you could claim the epic/Warmaster ones are the large greater-greater demons (or whatever forge world call their bigger ones).
Yes, we like those old Familiars, but some of the new Warmaster figures would work nicely too. Â The SM2 ones were just really too BIG ... even for demonic entities ... In our opinion ...
