.. that match epic scale gear? The old WWII chaps I had (minifigs?) were too small compared tot he monster huans of the 41st millenium.

Yes my GHQ before they were nicked were definatively smaller - maybe you are thinking of Adler?

Would a bit of styrene rod fit the bill?  A little chop & tack gets you pretty close to a flamethrower.  Add some wire for a hose if you really want to go over the top.

:))
Here is a more developed result from adding a couple fiddly bits.  Pretty quick conversion if you were looking to add in maybe 2 or 3 per base.

Looks cool! I’d be tempted to go a little further and change the end of the barrel to be W40k flamer shaped, with a piece of plasti-card. Then take a ludicrously small drill bit and drills some holes in it.

Very effective :agree:

As an alternative to plasticard for the flamer end you could use green stuff and poke it with a needle?

I recon plasticard would look better tho - I just hate using 0.3mm drill bits as the GW pin vice i use doesn't hold them well ???

Drilling holes is a wee bit daunting, but here is about as ludicrous as I would care to get on a single 6mm trooper.  Fun in a "I have too much time on my hands" kind of way. :sus:
