Hey again people. I got my hands on this old eldar knight, and painted it up with no real thought on using it in any army. Looking at the picture Im starting to wonder whether or not itd look better if I paint the small eldar "blobs" (you know what I mean :-)) in green or blue. Anyway, here it is. |

Green will vibrate quite a bit, but a cyan might work alright as would a bone color. Even doing them in a metal might be interesting. Many times the blobs are made out to be gemstones and a dark purple or blue could work well with that. |

Very nice, Brother. The Towering Destroyer is one of my favorite minis. |

Dark Angel Green on the Ruin Stones may work well, I've used it on some Saim Hann stuff before... or yellow. Blue clashes too much and makes your eyes strobe... IMO. Nice job getting one of these... looks good as is. |

I wouldn't go for green, you already have a decent amount of that from the base. Blue, purple or aquamarine could look good, or possibly bone. |

A very dark green base works well for gems on red. See: ![]() I wouldn't go for green, you already have a decent amount of that from the base. Blue, purple or aquamarine could look good, or possibly bone. If you use a Darker Green as the base it may not be an issues. I agree that bone would look good as well. |
