My WIP Dark Angels Scouts in camo ... this affect was done by dripping an old Toothbrush in watered down paint and dragging my thumb across it repeatedly ... Splashing the Scouts ... ![]() ![]() |

That's a brilliant way to do the camo effect on the scouts. The detail work on the Legion looks great too. |

Many Thanks Con ! I'm going to try that camo technique on AFVs too. And the LotD was fun to paint. The problem with using a 6MP camera is, you see in the pics, things you'd normally never see with the naked eye or in a game ! ![]() ![]() |

Very nice job all round. I have a detachment of my own LotD and these are great... the different models really adds to the effect. I'm a bit shocked you haven't managed a bone and fire pattern camo though. I like the Scouts, very... Commando/Predator. ![]() |
