What kind of photographing rig are you using for these? I can't ever seem to get photos of my small scale minis to come out looking that great.

Lovely job done on those land raiders. Looking forward to the army shot.

My photo rig isn't anything special, just my two work lights and a third I prop up for fill. I shoot with an old Cannon EOS20d on a 50mm lens.

Have you re-positioned the lascannons slightly? They look like they're pointing slightly more forward than mine.

As ever, these are amazing.

Ha, you're the first to notice it seems. Yes, I adjusted the position of the lascannons on all the Raiders to point forward instead of the spread out "give me a hug" position. I also clipped the sight fin at the top of the cannon. I think the changes help make them feel less derpy and more like respectable Land Raiders.

Finished up a few more AdMech bots for a commission. These are some custom 6mm sculpts of the Mechanicum robots. This also marks my first trial of pigments for basing. I'd have preferred something that contrasted better but I ordered the wrong pigments :)

Wow, loving the blending on those, is that two brush blending or did you mix several shades and feather them?

Thanks! You're correct, it's all two brush blending. It can get a touch messy at times but a glaze after your done helps to hide most of the issues.

Wow! those are some beautifully painted models! Even though the bases don't contrast the way you had hoped I still think they are fantastic!

Just a quick question, how tall are the bigger robots?
