Hi all,
I'd decided to include a small retinue of Alpha Legion SMs for a radical Inquisitor who will associate with my LATD. I've chosen Alpha as they seem to be the chaos boy scouts who help out and organize the poor little cultists. Now the colour scheme for these chaps is one I do not particularly like; and it's also one I have not managed to visualise translated to 6mm scale. I usually don't bother much with these issues, but I'd like to make them reasonably recognisable... without banners - these chaps ferret around the dark corners of the Imperium and don;t advertise their presence - I can see it now, a huge streamer fluttering behind a Rhino, 'Clearance Sale - get 5 bolter rounds for just one soul only!!!!'

SO - any suggestions or 6mm pics?

Well if they aren't dark-sea-blue with silver trim then they aren't Alpha Legion :)

Right - but what about the green details? Has anyone painted these in Epic scale?

What did you mean? Thje Hydra symbol is green. In the new Codex all what was silveri s now green and there are some green outlines of scales on the armour. The last one is pretty difficult to paint on a Epic CSM :D
But then i see this as alternte pant schemes. In the Codex they provided one alternate paint scheme for the Black Legion, too.

Well they are alpha legion, they are known to paint their armour in any colour they think is useful, normally those of loyalist chapter.  so you could paint them alsorts of different colours.

Well they are alpha legion, they are known to paint their armour in any colour they think is useful, normally those of loyalist chapter.  so you could paint them alsorts of different colours.
