So for the three weeks after Thanksgiving I really bunkered down and did some painting. It wasn't my 'nids that I have been slowly working on throughout the year, it wasn't my Guard which have sat untouched since 2006, it was the Space Marines for an E40k boxset that I assembled over 4 years ago  .
No idea why, but I just looked through the EA Rulebook for a Chapter that was present for the Third War, found that same Chapter on my Index Astartes poster and went to town.

Painting was fairly simple, a Chaos Black prime, a heavy dry brush of Cd'A Gun Metal, a light dry brush of Cd'A Silver, a patented Onyx WS Black Wash, some Cd'A Black on the shoulder pads, helmets and bolters, a base and I'm done.

Thanks guys,
The Rhino bases are FoW small bases. They work pretty good, I picked up the idea from Centurion.
Up next are my Whirlwinds, Land Raiders, Drop Pods and Strike Cruiser.
