Over the last few months I've been going through my bits box trying to find uses for the dreck that's left. After seeing mustangsailing's decimator built from four landraiders I wanted to see if I could use just one. Here's the results!
I chopped the sides off the landraider, and also chopped off the track sections from the top. This makes the decimator lower than a landraider, and gives me a piece of track I can insert into the bottom after cutting each side in half vertically. Bits of plasticard were used to make the sides. The guns are old 40k chaos autocannons.

I've had this old genestealer body (no arms, no head) and was going to toss it out when I thought, hey, this looks a bit like a warhound! so I chopped it up, stuck the two halves of a multi-melta from the old landspeeder on for weapons, gave it a plastic skaven head, and voila! damn cheap feral titan.
UPDATE: I ripped off the old tentacles and put on less OTT ones instead. I think it's better.
Two Deathwheels:
Made from plastic cartwheels, leftover track sections and vehicle hatches. The weapons are 40k plasma pistols and Space Crusade heavy bolters. I plan to add a couple of lasguns to represent the reaper cannons.
