Lunchtime research: IA says that the Thudd gun has a crew of 4, the Earthshaker a crew of 6.

So, time to redo the 30x40 base.

Yes, my wife and I often watch Nigella's cookery programmes.

My wife likes watching it to see what Nigella cooks.

I prefer the middle and right ones. How about an 18mm x 40mm stand with the artillery piece in the middle and two holes on either side?

For artilery models I prefer rounded bases. For my point of view, they look more realistic than squares and rectangular ones. ;)

Rectangles for both....I like the versions where the gun runs lengthwise, but anything would be cool to help me base all the great metal artillery I have coming  :grin:

Just from the astetic (sp?) point of view, i would prefer Rectangular bases for artillery.
