Cheers Vaaish,

They are huge, love the size of these things, the Wolf has fone us proud. Paintjob is fantastic and I am looking forward to seeing them up close.

Cheers
Aaron

they are looking sweet! the metal is particularly good, it has a slight steampunk feel to my eyes

the models themselves are awesome too, how big are they compared to the SG warlord model?

I think they may loose a bit of their shine up close. There's a few things that I'm wondering about like on the carapace where I can see the polygon pattern of the digital model and on the head that seem chiseled rather than smooth.

These things are really massive though, it's head and shoulders taller than the SG warlords. It's big enough I'm tempted to use it as a base for an imperator conversion to match the scale of the smaller titans.

I really hate plugging these things, but apparently Coolmini doesn't count models that have less than 50 votes into your average and my MotF is annoying close at 47. I'm not looking to direct anyone to vote any number in particular, just what they think it is, but If anyone wants to help tip this over the top to 50+ votes since I don't have enough of a following (or any following for that matter!) I'd appreciate it :)

MotF looks great, really like the greens and dark black metal areas, auspex is especially nice.

My only criticism would be the gold/bronze, shoulder trim especially, looks very flat/unshaded compared to the rest of the mini.

I was debating whether to post this now or wait until the first layer of the gold was in place since it would make things quite a bit cleaner. I figured that if I posted now there would be a bit more to go to completion so I went ahead with the shots. This will be the last WIP shot until the final. Still have to do the gold, parchment, and bases before any final touchups and varnish but I feel pretty confident that will be done tomorrow or the next day.

I am looking forward to seeing the final result - outstanding so far. Quick question what varnish do you use as a final coat. I am a dullcote fan myself.

Mate,

Speechless at this point, the detail on the knee armour is amazing, cant wait to see the finished product.

Cheers

Thanks. Not much to say, it's really early here and I'm tired but here they are. There are things I think would have worked better had I done them differently, but all in all I think they turned out alright. I expect the third to have much better results. Oh, and I decided to stick them with some of my IF stuff for scale and fun. Enjoy :)

Excellent work! The knee detail is particularly good.

Mate,

I have a grin from ear to ear, have busted out a happy dance and can't wait to see the up close. These will look great in the new display cabinet, and will definately be a +1 to armour save for paintjobs. Mate, fantastic work, simply awesome.

Cheers
Aaron
