Oh, dear. It's been a month since I've posted anything new. Unfortunately some real-life stuff came along and held things up a bit. However, I have got some more stuff done, and here it is.
First up, some infantry based on Imperial Space Marines:
The Raptors (Assault stands), when combined with the six I already had, mean I can now field a full formation of eight:
The tactical stands (Chaos Space Marines) are a result of discovering that the Space Marine infantry box doesn't come with any Sergeants. Since the Retinue I had that was made using Imperial models included three sergeant models, I decided to disassemble those units in case I needed the Sergeants in the future (I intend on doing a SM army next) and replace them with missile-launcher stands instead. The formation now looks like this:
I also painted up these three Land Raiders:
Which mean I can now field a full company of eight:
I also have one spare. I only needed two extra but I'd got three on eBay and it seemed a shame not to paint up the third as well.

All I have left to do for this army now is six stands of Screamers and a company of Chaos Predators (which I intend to make by putting Raubtier turrets and Sponsons onto Whirlwind hulls). Then I can take some big whole-army pictures and sign the whole thing off.
